I am a search engine marketing and pay per click expert I am disabled and I quit my 9-5 job 7 months ago I am getting low on cash so I need to earn some I am launching my own boutique style marketing firm so here my multiple part question is
1. what are some free ways to decline and or business?
2. the best place to buy leads? ( both online and offline please)
3. best cheap places to buy good email addresses so then I could do some email marketing ok)
4. which best fits in your opinion B2B B2C or Both?

You quit your job before you replaced your income with your side biz??
Since you are running low on cash, this becomes a very tough question.
People have always said that the money is in the list but I think (well, Frank Kern taught me this) that’s 100% WRONG.
The money is in the relationship with the list.
I never had any luck getting complete strangers to buy from me but people that know, like and trust me – buy from me all the time.
If you have proof of your expertise – go door to door to local businesses until someone hires you.
the slower option is:
pick a niche you are PASSIONATE about (doesnt make a differerence if b2b or b2c)
then, start a blog and put 3 to 5 unique high quality posts on there every day,
drive traffic to the site,
collect your own leads
sell affiliate products until you get on your feet.
